1. Acceptance of Terms
M/S CORPHARM, registered in the name of RAMVATAR SHARMA (Jaipur, Rajasthan), grants use of this platform subject to your compliance. Clicking "I AGREE" or continuing to browse certifies that you have understood and agreed to these terms.
2. Eligibility
To use this platform, you must be 18 years of age or older and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law. You agree that the information provided by you is true and correct.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Selling prices are subject to revision without prior notice, though no changes will apply to orders already placed.
- Payments can be made via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, E-Wallets, or UPI.
- In case of transaction failure where money is deducted, CORPHARM is not liable for issues arising from the payment gateway or bank.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Products are estimated to be delivered within 7-15 days after dispatch. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer upon delivery and full payment.
Note: Dispatch times are estimates only. Time is not the essence of the tri-partite contract between You, Us, and the manufacturer.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on this website are the property of M/S CORPHARM. You are granted limited permission for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Communication
By accepting these terms, you authorize CORPHARM to contact you via Email, SMS, or Push Notifications regarding transactions and services, overriding any DND settings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the place of operations of M/S CORPHARM.
