Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility & Requirements
To process a refund, images or videos must be sent to Info@corpharm.com supporting the complaint. Requirements include:
- Clear visibility of Batch details and Order details.
- For leaking/broken/unsealed products: Images of the damage, spillage, mono-carton, and outer packaging.
- For missing/wrong/empty products: Clear images/videos of the package contents and the outer packaging.
- Reports for dirty internal/outer packaging must include the complete open package.
Cancellation Policy
By Customer:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted and processed. In cases of our fault, buyers may contact customer care for a discretionary analysis of the refund request.
By CORPHARM:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to limited quantities, pricing errors, or fraud avoidance concerns. You will be notified of any full or partial cancellations.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method within 7-10 working days, subject to your bank’s processing guidelines.
Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider or bank directly.
